A rum classic from the 1940s.
RECIPE
1.5oz (45mL) light rum
0.5 teaspoon dark rum
0.75oz (22mL) triple sec
1 egg white
Shake all ingredients together first without ice. Then, add ice to the shaker and shake again, for 15 seconds.
Garnish: Angostura drops (3)
