This is a tipple enjoyed when at sea, and have nothing else at hand. The drink was first recorded and named by the sailor John Carroll.
2oz (60mL) rum (Mount Gay preferred)
2oz (60mL) black tea
No ice is needed. Just pour ingredients together in a glass or mug and serve room temperature.
